Kakopetria is a beautiful village on the mountains. There is a plaza where there is a park called ''Park of Elena's'' which means ''Park of Helen'', where there is a beautiful waterfall and benches so you can sit there and watch the beautiful view and hear the serene sound of the waterfall and enjoy the freshness of the atmosphere..

There are also kiosks and mini markets,  taverns  and some cafes so you can enjoy a coffee while enjoying the nature..

As you walk through the park with the waterfall  you will find a small beautiful bridge where you can enjoy a relaxing walk above the river and around the nature..

At the end of the bridge you will find a big cage with different kind of birds, cute ducks etc..

Kakopetria is a place where you can visit it whether its summertime or wintertime.  Kakopetria is also a place where you can visit it at daytime or nighttime, it’s beautiful at any time, especially the waterfall as you see below..

There are also beautiful hotels at Kakopetria or hotels in other beautiful villages near to Kakopetria with wonderful views if you want to stay there.
