Ingredients :

4-5 medium potatoes
1teaspoon of parsley
500 gr spinach
Direction :
Clean the potatoes and cut them into small cubes and let them cook in hot water for 20 '.
Wash the spinach and soak it for 5 'in hot water and then drain it and chop it finely.
Finely chop the parsley and garlic.
