The menu features exquisitely prepared sushi with a premium selection of fresh fish, signature rolls showcasing layered textures and perfectly balanced flavours, refined Asian small plates ideal for sharing, creative hot dishes infused with authentic Asian aromas, as well as beautifully crafted desserts with a modern signature.

At the heart of Salome’s culinary philosophy is Executive Chef Marianna Makromalli, who brings extensive experience and continuous growth within the world of fine dining. Beginning her professional journey as a Pastry Chef and progressing to the role of Chef de Pâtisserie, she now leads the resort’s culinary direction as Executive Chef, overseeing the gastronomic identity of all four restaurants, including Salome Rooftop Asian Restaurant.

With a creative vision, technical excellence, and a dedication to quality, she has shaped a distinctive culinary identity that combines innovation with aesthetic harmony, offering guests an experience defined by exceptional flavours, sophisticated presentation, and refined execution.

Created by a team of highly experienced bartenders, each cocktail combines precision, creativity, and in-depth knowledge of modern mixology, resulting in elegant creations that perfectly complement the restaurant’s culinary offerings.
