A pink oasis for brunch, coffee and delicious sweets

Located in the heart of Pafos Old Town, opposite the entrance leading to the historic Ibrahim’s Khan, Stephanie Rose Confectionery is a unique all-day café and confectionery that combines creative pastry-making with a distinctive and romantic aesthetic.

It is a place that is hard to miss. Innovative and unusual by Cypriot standards, yet stylish and carefully designed, Stephanie Rose creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Shades of pink and red dominate the space, from the walls and ceiling to the velvet chairs and sofas. Flowers, round tables, and the signature pink metal chairs create a setting reminiscent of a charming French bistro, transporting visitors, even if only momentarily, to the picturesque streets of Paris.

Handmade Desserts with Attention to Detail
The desserts are handmade, with an emphasis on quality ingredients, creativity, and thoughtful presentation. The philosophy of the confectionery is based on the idea that a great dessert should not only taste delicious but also make a visual impression.

Cheesecakes for Every Taste
One of the highlights is the wide selection of cheesecakes. The menu has featured up to 19 different cheesecake options, offering unique and creative flavour combinations.

Signature Desserts
Among the creations that have gained particular popularity are Dubai Chocolate and the distinctive Lava Pistachio. Lava Pistachio is homemade pistachio ice cream served with warm pistachio praline and caramelised pistachios, creating a delightful combination of contrasting textures and temperatures.

Pancakes & Brunch
Stephanie Rose is also an all-day destination for brunch. Its pancakes are one of the signature highlights of the menu and are available in a wide variety of options, both sweet and savoury.

Coffee & Special Beverages
The experience is completed by a wide selection of hot and cold coffees, smoothies, milkshakes, and special beverages. Particularly noteworthy are the drinks that follow the venue’s distinctive floral concept, including Ice Rose Latte, Rose Milk, and Rose Water. The menu also features refreshing lemonades in flavours such as strawberry, rose, raspberry, passion fruit, mango, and kiwi.
