Sterna Winery has been producing wine for generations and sits above ancient springs and 31 caves dating back over 3000 years, one of which is used to store their wine. The darkness of the cave cellar, together with the isothermal conditions (15-16'C) maintained throughout the year, create the ideal conditions for the ageing of their fine wines.

You can enjoy a wonderful tasting experience, visit the ancient cave cellars used to store the wine, learn some interesting facts about the wine making process and pick up some wonderful souvenirs such as virgin olive oil, Cypriot delicacies, honey and local lace from their shop.

Their experienced staff will guide you through the tasting process and explain how the barrelling process contributes to the unique flavour and aroma of each wine.

Their platters are carefully curated to feature a variety of artisanal cheeses, crackers, fruits and nuts, all served on a beautifully presented board.
