 8. Vegetables in season: Cauliflower, broccoli, cabbage and spinach are rich in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, helping to maintain good health.
 9. Herbal teas and drinks: Herbal teas, such as sage and chamomile, are perfect for cool autumn days, offering relaxation and immune boosting.
