CNP ASFALISTIKI Cyprus Rally 2016

Alexey Lukyanuk, the master of the game!

The 46th Cyprus rally, has been successfully completed, with winners the Russians Alexei Lykyanuk and Alexei Arnautov.

The rally, which included 14 special stages (canceled 13th) and lasted three days offered an amazing spectacle for the thousands of rally fans.

Alexey Lukyanuk won in the Love Cyprus Golden Stage winning € 25.000 which was sponsored by the Cyprus Tourism Organisation and € 7.000 from Eurosport Events. Marian Grievel, who came second, won the Jr title of champion in the ERC category as well as € 10.000 for gaining third place in the Love Cyprus Golden Stage. Ralfs Sirmacis who had an impressive season at the top level of the ERC, won third place in the race and 2nd place in Love Cyprus Golden Stage, winning € 15,000. Christos Demosthenous finished fifth overall and first among Cypriot crews. Murat Bostanci won the category of the 2WD and € 7.000 in the Love Cyprus Golden Stage with 1.5s difference from Banaz, who got the 2nd place and the prize of € 2.000.
