Interview with Mrs. Pani Theodosiou

General Manager of Greson Easy Loo from the Greson Group

Cyprus Alive spoke with the General Manager of the company Greson Easy Loo, which belongs to the Greson Group, Mrs. Pani Theodosiou.

She informs us about the new innovative company recently announced by the Greson Group, Apex Scaffolding Services. Read the interview below to find out more about this new company that is upgrading the scaffolding sector in Cyprus.

1. Mrs. Theodosiou, when was the Greson Group founded?

The Greson Group was founded in the late 1980s by our parents and is now run by me and my two brothers.

It all started by the company Greson Tools, which specializes in the building sector with construction tools and machinery.

2. Apex Scaffolding Services, the new addition to your family of companies, what services does it offer?

Apex specialises in scaffolding for construction projects of all sizes. We provides solutions for construction sites, events, festivals or for venues that need any type of 'stage'.

We offer state-of-the-art scaffolding services that prioritise innovation, safety and customer satisfaction above all else.

Our offers include the sale and rental of Peri scaffolding systems.

3. Tell us more about Greson Tools, what services do you offer?

Greson Tools, as I mentioned before, deals with the construction sector. We offer state-of-the-art machines and tools from start to finish on the construction side, such as concrete mixers, excavators, pavers and basic hand products such as angle grinders, drills, hammers and more. We cover sale, rental, maintenance, correction and repair services of machines.

4. And the second company belonging to the Greson Group, Greson Easy Loo, what does it specialise in?

Greson Easy Loo, you are considered a leader in terms of mobile toilets and the prefabricated units we have. We have 2000-3000 mobile toilets in our fleet which we rent, sell, maintain and fix. Our prefabricated houses are custom made, with Cypriot construction by our own team. We cover essential solutions for construction sites, events, outdoor activities and more.

5. Do you provide services throughout the whole of Cyprus?

Yes, for all 3 of our companies we provide services and have projects all over Cyprus. We have storage areas all over Cyprus, with stations in central locations so that our drivers can be covered.

6. What do you think characterises you as a Group?

We have managed to create a strong name in the Cyprus industry, with many returning clients. I believe that our main and strongest feature is the direct contact with the customer and the immediate response and service we provide. There is a 1 to 1 relationship and for us the best advertising is word-of-mouth.

7. Do you have anything else to add, something that you would like people to know?

Yes, I would like to mention that we have the appropriate certificates and permits, all safety, health and risk assessment plans.

We are also environmentally friendly, our systems are paperless. It's all electronic for our drivers.
