1. Mr. Jimmy, when was Mobina Villa established?
We have been operating since 2020.

2. Where are the Villas located?
We are located in Oroklini, and we have 4 Villas available for rent all year around.

3. What do your Villas offer?
Each villa is fully renovated with 3 modern bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and dining room, as well as garden, private terrace with swimming pool. All villas also have a private entrance and are equipped with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a safe, a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer.

Our villas are beautiful and are perfect for Holidays, Parties & Events.

4. What makes Mobina Villas stand out from other villas?
The main reason Mobina Villas stand out from other villas is that we offer personal and professional services to all our guests. As I live with my family in the same area, I can help the guests with whatever they may need. Airport Transportation, planning an event, drop offs and pick ups and anything else they might need.

The villas are also less than 15 minutes away from Larnaka International Airport. They are located 2 minutes away from the beach and surrounded by many restaurants.
Guests can enjoy the sea or relax in their private pool, go out to eat in one of the many taverns, cafes, bars or simply cook their favourite meals.

5. How did the name Mobina Villas come about?
Mobina is actually the name of my daughter. By definition, Mobina means Clear & Bright.
I hope that some day when I retire, she will take over the business.
