Ingredients:
- 2 halloumi cheese 450 gr grated
- 4 eggs
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup of sunflower oil/peanut oil/olive oil
- 5-6 tablespoons of dry mint / fresh mint
- 2 cups all purpose flour 450gr
- 2 teaspoons of Baking Powder
- 100 g raisins (optional)
- sesame seeds for sprinkling (optional)
Preparation:
1. Sift the flour with Baking Powder.
2.Whisk the eggs with the milk, add the oil and the mint and stir the flour with the Halloumi cheese.
3.Put the mixture in a non-stick mold or silicone mold and bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 50 minutes. (Cheese pie is ready when inserting a knife or a bamboo stick and comes out easily and clean).
4. Let cool, get out of the mold and serve!
