The Portuguese award-winning chef Luis Brito at Cap St Georges Hotel & Resort
On April 27th and 28th we welcome award-winning chef to Cap St Georges Hotel & Resort, Luis Brito, from Portugal for the Sky Stars culinary event.
Chef Luis Brito, born in Santa Clara-A-Nova (Almodôvar), began his culinary journey in 1989, by enrolling at the Faro School of Hospitality & Tourism, having graduated in Cooking & Pastry making.
Throughout his career, he has overseen kitchens in various establishments including the Petchey, the Starwood and the CS Madeira Atlantic.
Currently, Chef Luis Brito leads his own project called “A Ver Tavira,” a fusion of tradition and innovation. This culinary endeavor pays homage to the city of Tavira and the rich history of the Algarve region. With its unique concept that appeals to the senses, the restaurant promises a truly unforgettable dining experience. Chef Brito crafts dishes that engage diners on a sensory level, inviting them to savor the essence of his culinary artistry.
