Talatouri (Traditional Recipe)
The favorite delicious dip!
Talatouri (tzatziki) is a favorite delicious dip to everyone and can accompany most of the dishes of the Cypriot Cuisine. Its main characteristic is the flavour of mint.

You will need:
4 cups of drained yoghurt
2 large cucumbers, grated and drained
2-4 cloves of garlic chopped
2 teaspoons ground dry mint
2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of wine vinegar
1 teaspoon of sea salt
Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Preparation:
1.Put yogurt and cucumber in a bowl.
2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix all together.
3. Put the talatouri in a bowl, garnish with dry or fresh mint and serve.

Garnish with cucumber cut into thin slices or with a spiralizer tool, and with fresh/dry mint. |
