An Expo like no other

The iFX Expo International closed its gates on the 25th of May, after three successful days of events, workshops, panels, roundtables, presentations, discussions, activities, parties and of course networking. 

While attending the events, I had the opportunity to speak with many different participants and exhibitors from all over the world as well as getting some great feedback from the organisers - WS Conversion Pros Ltd. 

First off, the participants spoke highly of the exhibition, as well as of the island’s natural beauty and also its prime position as a central business hub with excellent services, reliable transport and high-quality of human resources. 

The organizers ensured that the calibre of the delegates was second to none and the focus was on making sure that they drive attendees that will be good for business to their exhibitors and sponsors. I also heard that many deals were signed right from the welcome party kick off! 
 
This year’s event housed 116 booths, an even larger amount of sponsors and over 3000 attendees.

iFX EXPO International has always been a stage for innovation and product launches - The exhibitors and sponsors showcasing their cutting edge technologies and solutions to delegates and attendees, highlighting the evolving nature of the FX and CFD industry here in Cyprus as well as abroad.

According to the organizers, this show was their biggest event to date and with received the best feedback so far. They made extra efforts to improve across the board, the experience of all involved from exhibitors, sponsors to attendees. Traffic flows were top notch and the overall vibe of the event was first class and lived up to the name of being "an expo like no other". 

The exhibition had a range of companies participating from FX and Stock platforms, Diamond Exchanges, Bullion, Payment Solutions, Traders’ Education to Liquidity, HR solutions and the surrounding media companies including Bloomberg and new to the scene, local company Contentworks Agency.

This event was Conversion Pros 6th EXPO in Cyprus and they are planning to organize many more as Cyprus offers all the right elements for successful events.
