A tasty adventure for a food lover’s paradise

Once upon a time, nestled in the heart of Coral Bay's main street, there is a brand-new gem that promises to be the talk of the town.

Since its grand opening in June 2024, Chapter 1 has positioned itself as a paradise for food lovers, offering a unique twist on street food.

The Cyprus Alive team has visited Chapter 1 and we want to share our experience with you. 

Chapter One: The Beginning of a Delicious Story!

From the moment you step into Chapter 1, you are welcomed by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The interior design is a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern aesthetics. Wooden decorations dominate the space, complemented by an abundance of greenery that adds a refreshing touch of nature.

Chapter Two: The Feast Begins!

Our culinary journey at Chapter 1 began with a selection of starters that set the tone for the evening.

The Buffalo Wings were a standout, featuring tender chicken wings marinated in a delectable combination of soy sauce, honey, sesame, spring onion, and chilli.

The Chicken Choux, another appetiser, was equally impressive. These are delightful, light, crispy, and full of flavour, making them the perfect start to our meal.

Chapter Three: Burger Lover’s Paradise!

For the main course, we indulged in two of Chapter 1's signature burgers. The Double Smashed Burger was a food lover's dream; 2 juicy, perfectly cooked patties layered with melted cheddar cheese, purple onions, and sauce, all encased in a soft brioche. Each bite was a symphony of textures and flavours!

Equally satisfying was the Panko Chicken Burger. This offering featured a chicken breast, topped with fresh lettuce, mozzarella, and sauce that tied everything together beautifully. The combination of the crunchy exterior and tender interior of the chicken made this burger a true delight.

Chapter Four: Coming back for more!

While our first visit to Chapter 1 was amazing, there are still many culinary delights left to explore. On our next visit, we plan to try the famous Giant Pork Chop, the Mussels, and of course, the Katsu Curry.

Chapter 1 is more than just a restaurant; it's a culinary adventure that invites you to explore the diverse and innovative world of street food with a twist.

It's not a surprise that it is quickly becoming a new favourite in Coral Bay.

Whether you're a food enthusiast or simply looking for a great place to dine, Chapter 1 is a destination worth visiting again and again.
