Interview with Mr. Traian Caleap

Manager of Tricolore Pizza & Pasta in Pafos

Cyprus Alive spoke with the manager of Tricolore Pizza & Pasta in Pafos, Mr. Traian Caleap. Read the interview below and learn more about this wonderful restaurant.

1. Mr. Traian, when was your restaurant founded?
Tricolore Pizza & Pasta has been operating since February 2019.

2. What does your restaurant offer?
At Tricolore pizza & pasta we mainly offer pizzas and pastas. But on our menu you will also find salads, calzones, burgers, appetisers and more.

We serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. We also take care of birthdays, christenings, events and parties, where we offer, amongst other things, souvlakia.

3. Where can we find Tricolore Pizza & Pasta?
Our garden restaurant is located in Chloraka, on Agios Stefanos Street and we also have a store in Kings Avenue Mall.

4. What makes Tricolore pizza & pasta stand out?
Our restaurant continues to gain interest, with our extensive menu. But what makes it stand out is the large garden at the back of our restaurant. It is full of greenery, with avocado trees. Bunnies and kittens frequent our garden.

We also have a large playground for our little guests to play. The space is designed so that parents can see their children from the tables they are sitting at and thus be more relaxed.

As for our food, our pizza stands out for its handmade dough that can be either crispy or fluffy depending on your taste.

5. Can you tell us more about the wonderful garden at the back of your restaurant?
Yes, it is the tranquillity in nature. Our customers can enjoy their food in the garden, while the children will play next to them in our specially designed playground.

A wonderful space with tables and toys for the children... something unique! It is fenced, set back from the road, so there is a tranquillity under trees that relaxes you.

At night the atmosphere becomes more romantic and it is a very beautiful place for couples and groups looking for a different place to eat, drink and share their news.

As I mentioned before there are many avocado trees. Many visitors, when they come, pick up some avocados to take home.

6. Do you have any future plans for Tricolore?
We want to do more events and weddings. Recently we have done a fashion show back in our garden. We believe that the combination of space, atmosphere and food can create the perfect atmosphere for these occasions.
