The creative mind behind the refined menu of SeaNatra in Larnaka

If you're from the beautiful city of Zenon (aka Larnaka), chances are you've already heard of SeaNatra Lounge Bar Restaurant, one of the most talked-about foodie spots in town.

Behind its deliciously curated menu is the talented Chef Evgenios Charalambous, and we had the chance to chat with him about his vision and culinary creations.

“We officially opened in July 2023, and since then, it’s been an exciting gastronomic journey. Our menu is inspired by Mediterranean flavours, blending traditional elements with a modern twist. We serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner,” he shared with us.

From day one, his goal was crystal clear:
“We wanted to offer something different to Larnaka. A refined and creative menu, based on Greek ingredients and traditional tastes combined with contemporary techniques and presentation”.

The menu changes often, depending on the season, but some dishes have already become... local favourites!

One standout? The Shrimp Saganaki Orzo is a Mediterranean-style orzotto with shrimp, ouzo, mandarin, smoky whipped feta, and a spinach sauce. And yes, it’s just as tasty as it sounds!
“It’s a dish where textures, colours and flavours come together beautifully,” he told us.

And of course, we couldn’t skip the Lamb Gyro Tacos, the modern take on the classic Greek gyro.
“We make our own handmade pitta bread and slow-cook the lamb for 28 hours. The final result might seem simple, but it’s the product of a lot of work and passion,” he added.

“More than anything, we want each guest to enjoy a full experience: great food, a relaxed atmosphere, and warm hospitality. And we achieve that through a team that genuinely loves what they do.”
