1. Mr. Chrysanthou, when was Sterna Winery & Wine Museum founded?
We have been operating since 1995.
2. What can we expect to see or experience at your winery?
At Sterna Winery & Wine Museum you can enjoy a great tasting experience, visit the ancient cave cellars used to store wine and learn some interesting facts about the wine making process.
3. Where are you located?
We are in the heart of the vineyards of the village of Kathikas in Pafos, just outside the village, in an area where the Laona - Akamas Wine Route begins.
4. What makes Sterna Winery & Wine Museum stand out?
We are a local small winery with an emphasis on quality, with traditional roots and a commitment to the latest production methods. Our location alone is worth it as you will enjoy the most breathtaking views in a peaceful and tranquil setting.
Sterna Winery & Wine Museum sits above ancient springs and caves dating back over 3000 years, one of which is used to store our wine.
Our experienced staff guides guests through the tasting process and will explain how the wine casks process contributes to the unique taste and aroma of each wine.
Our winery is an important stop for tourists of Pafos district.
5. What is your goal for your business?
To continue to offer quality wine, happy moments and a positive atmosphere to all who visit us!
6. Do you want to add any other information?
Yes, I would like to mention that at wine tastings the cheese platters we offer are carefully curated with a variety of artisanal cheeses, crackers, fruits and nuts, all served on a beautifully presented board. They are the perfect complement to the wines and make a perfect date or visit with friends.
Also, our Winery is open for tours and wine tasting, all year round.
Thank you very much Mr. Chrysanthou. We wish you all the best and we are sure people will love your winery and your amazing wine.
