1. Mr. Matsi, when was your bar founded?
Millennium's Dirty Martini has been in operation since 2018.

2. What does your business offer?
Award-winning Cocktails, Selection of Tapas & Various Dishes. Dirty Martini already has a very good name in the market. And now with the addition of the tapas menu, created by the one and only Ricko Ioannou, one of the best chefs in Cyprus, we're ready for takeoff. At Dirty Martini you can also listen and see the best entertainers and DJ's on the island!

3. Where is Millennium's Dirty Martini?
In the Coral Bay area of Pafos.

4. What makes your bar stand out and different from others?
The unique cocktails that you can't find anywhere else. The special collection of wine cellars from 50 Gin labels, up to 30 different rums etc. The unique design of the venue combined with our amazing team! The prizes I have won in various cocktail contests as well as the great experience I gained while working abroad.

5. Future plans?
Although only 2 years into operation, we have managed to exceed our goals and now we strive to become even better. There is always something new in our plans! Stay tuned….!
