1. Mr. Miltiadou, when was the Bacchus Bistro Café Restaurant established?
We have been here since 1995 and have a steady course of 25 years.
2. What does your restaurant offer?
We specialise in Mediterranean and Asian cuisine. We also serve fresh fish daily.
3. Where is it located?
In the heart of the tourist area of Kato Pafos, with amazing sea views and about 20 meters from the sea.
4. What makes Bacchus Bistro Café Restaurant stand out?
The quality of raw materials used in meal preparation combined with the passion, enthusiasm and professional training of our staff. Our suppliers are constantly checked and we demand the best quality at a reasonable price. We insist on the right food handling procedures, from our specialised and capable chefs, who embrace the philosophy of our business and strive to continually cook and deliver the best quality food. At the same time, great attention is paid to the cleanliness both in the preparation areas, but also in the dining and sanitary areas of the restaurant. In addition, our staff, with many years of experience in customer service, are professionals in their industry with the highest levels of service. They also have the advantage of being fluent in Greek, English, Russian, German languages. On a daily basis, we strive to enrich our knowledge of our customers' reactions and needs. These gastronomic needs of our public are constantly changing and we are here to fully meet them. Always with an open mind.
5. Your Vision?
Continue to stay at the same high level and, if opportunities arise, use the knowledge and experience we have gained over the years to expand our operations to other countries. We are already upgrading to Asian cuisine by incorporating Sushi dishes as well as Indian cuisine. Therefore, we will be more specialised in European and Asian cuisine.
