Interview with Mr. Apostolos Apostolidis

Cyprus Alive spoke with Mr. Apostolos Apostolidis, owner of the FRESHA Healthy Cuisine restaurant in Limassol. Read the interview below to learn more about this original and delicious restaurant.
1. Mr. Apostolidis, when was your restaurant established?
We opened recently, in February 2024.
2. Where can we find FRESHA Healthy Cuisine?
We are located in the Old Port in Limassol.
3. What do you offer at your restaurant?
You will find all-day options, from brunch, lunch and dinner, to juices, smoothies and sweets. All made with organic, plant-based and gluten-free ingredients.
4. What makes FRESHA Healthy Cuisine stand out and different from others?
At FRESHA we faithfully follow the healthy and plant-based philosophy. We do not offer any animal products and avoid imitation meats.
Our cuisine is special, while everything is nutritionally balanced with healthy, organic, vegetarian and gluten-free options.
In fact, we have our own pastry shop, making our sweets ourselves with the same philosophy.
5. What do you suggest we try?
All our dishes are unique and have something special. Our omelette is very tasty, our pasta too and also our burger, which is a double vegan patty, pickled and topped with home-made almond cheese and pink hummus. All of this goes into fresh lettuce – no bread, but very filling and full of flavour.
Also, our sweets are just as special. Like, Peruvian cocoa tiramisu and our Pinoy cheesecake.
