Interview with Mr. Theodoros Irakleous

Co-owner of the construction company Homemake by Irakleous

Cyprus Alive spoke with one of the two directors of Homemake by Irakleous, Mr. Theodoros Irakleous. Homemake by Irakleous is a construction company created by the contracting company Irakleous Construction.

1. Mr. Irakleous, when was Homemake by Irakleous founded?

First let's say that Homemake by Irakleous has been "built" by Irakleous Constructions which has been active in the construction sector since 1989. Homemake by Irakleous was established in 2023.

2. What services does Homemake by Irakleous offer?

We undertake the construction of luxury buildings, hotels, apartments, houses, from start to finish. That is, when we undertake a project we start from the architectural plans, construction and end with the sale of the property. Due to the fact that we are also a contracting company at the same time, we have the luxury of being involved from the beginning with each project and being there to ensure that we deliver the best result. We don't just sell a property and hand over the keys. We are by the customer's side from the beginning of each project.

3. Tell us a little about Irakleous Construction.

Irakleous Construction founded in 1989. We are a construction company and have a strong portfolio with projects we have undertaken such as 5-star hotels, schools, apartments and even commercial spaces. We have managed to "build" a strong name in the area of Famagusta.

4. What are your latest projects with Homemake by Irakleous?

We have completed the "Irida Residence" project, which is for sale and consists of apartments in the Paralimni area. Also under construction is our project "Thetis Residence" with 2 blocks of apartments in the area of ​​Kapparis. At the same time, we are very happy that we will soon start another project, the "Estia Residence" in the Deryneia area.

5. Mr. Irakleous, what do you think makes you stand out from other companies?

We "build" every project we undertake as if it were our own space, our own home. Our goal is to deliver each project exactly as the client envisioned.

6. Do you have any future plans?

We want to grow with projects in Larnaka and Nicosia. Also, amongst our next plans is to build houses for young couples.
