With deep roots in family tradition, Famelia was created with love by a family that truly knows what it means to feed people with passion and care.

Turning delicious food into a family tradition...

The story of this restaurant began years ago when a small shack housed the family’s mother, who lovingly made loukoumades, siamishi, and ayrani for the locals.

In 2024, the family’s vision became a reality with the opening of Famelia, a restaurant that instantly won the hearts of Larnaka’s food lovers.

With a focus on authentic hospitality and a warm atmosphere, the restaurant’s name - derived from the Italian famiglia, meaning “family”- perfectly reflects what it offers: food filled with familiar flavours and cherished memories.

Homemade flavours and a standout meze

On weekdays, you can enjoy delicious home-cooked meals that bring back memories of mum's cooking. Black-eyed peas, green beans, roasted chicken, and other traditional dishes make for the perfect comfort food experience.

On weekends, the grill fires up, serving delicious meze.

We've learnt that the most popular dish at Famelia is the fried zucchini. Crispy, thinly sliced, and absolutely irresistible, they’ve become the ultimate flavour highlight of the restaurant.
